First of all, what are the basics to Lucid Dreaming?
During the day, repeatedly ask yourself “Am I dreaming?” Try to do something outside of the normal realm of reality such as hovering above the ground or reaching through a wall. This repetition will remind you to randomly try your test while you are dreaming.
Keep a Journal of your dreams. This way you can track your progress and learn more about dream interpretation. If you don’t remember your dreams then you won’t know if you’re lucid dreaming worked.
